2 cans chicken, drained
2 large eggs
1/2 cup reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
8 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
8 tablespoons wheat germ
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1. Combine all your ingredients into a bowl and mix ingredients together until everything is incorporated.
2. Coat baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray, and shape your mix into about 7-8 balls.
3. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes.
